Clifton Mosteller is the Chief Legal Officer of Terra Millennium Corporation (TMC). Clifton oversees the legal, risk, and HSE shared services division of TMC and all its subsidiaries. As a member of TMC’s Executive Team, Clifton also provides advice and strategies on the overall operational vision and execution formation of TMC be it through the vetting of mergers and acquisitions or organic growth initiatives.
Clifton has served as CLO since 2023. Prior to his current role, Clifton served as General Counsel of TMC, and before that Vice-President and General Manager/General Counsel for TMC subsidiaries’ K&G Industrial Services, and J.T. Thorpe Industrial. He began his TMC career with K&G in 2016.
Clifton received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama, and his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Mississippi. Prior to TMC, Clifton worked in private equity after having worked for 7 years as a corporate attorney in the Birmingham, AL office of Burr & Forman, LLP.
Kevin Howard
Kevin Howard has served as Chief Operating Officer of Terra Millennium Corporation (TMC) since July 2022. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer of JT THORPE, TMC’s largest subsidiary. Kevin brings over 20 years of experience in the industrial sector with a focus on bringing the best valued solution to TMC customers through world class Safety, Quality and Scheduling. Kevin has extensive experience across a wide variety of end markets including refinery, petrochemical, chemical, power-generation, steel, cement, lime, oil and gas, metals and light industrial. Kevin began his TMC career as a JTTHORPE Project Manager in 2003.
Kevin obtained his B.Eng. in Mechatronic Engineering from Dublin City University and his M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
Mark Hauber
Mark Hauber has served as Chief Financial Officer of Terra Millennium Corporation (TMC) since 2017. Mark leads the finance and accounting, human resources and IT functions for TMC. He has built a strong centralized finance and accounting team and significantly streamlined the back-office functions under his responsibility. Mark strives for optimization and standardization of processes with a focus on maximizing the benefit to TMC, its subsidiaries and its customers.
Mark received his B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University in 1999. Prior to TMC, Mark was Vice President of Finance for Boart Longyear and served as its Interim Chief Financial Officer in 2016. Mark additionally has prior experience in financial consulting and M&A advisory.
Bryan Young
Bryan Young has served as Chief Executive Officer of Terra Millennium Corporation (TMC) since January 2021. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer of TMC and has also served as President of JT Thorpe. Bryan brings 30 years of experience in the industrial sector and a strong focus on safety, customer service and providing the best overall cost-effective service to all TMC customers. Bryan has extensive industrial experience in steel, mining, refining and power. He began his TMC career as a JTTHORPE Project Manager in 1999.
Bryan obtained his B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering and Materials from the Colorado School of Mines in 1991. Prior to TMC, Bryan was the General Manager for Geneva Steel.
